Hello! My name is Spencer Chirpich. This school year marks my 4th year at GHEC. I teach middle school Language Arts and Junior High Baseball Coach. I attended college at Abilene Christian University where I played baseball for three years.  Most recently, I am pursuing my Master's degree in Elementary Education through Grand Canyon University. I am originally from Fairmont, MN, and graduated from Fairmont High School. I love to play, watch, and talk about sports. Spend time with my friends getting together for cookout, for a round of golf, or anything involved with them! I also have two siblings, a sister who lives in Fairmont and a brother who lives in Chatfield. I have two nieces and a nephew who I love to spend time with every time we get together! 

In Language Arts, we will be using the PEARSON curriculum and the EB Writing program. My goal is to provide a rich, engaging, and thought-provoking experience to help my students become a better reader, writer, listener, speaker, critical thinker, and member of society.
