My  name is Becca Johnson, and I am the art teacher at GHEC. I graduated from Truman High School in 2007 then went on to MSU, Mankato before moving back to my hometown area. 

It's my belief that art is important for receiving a well-rounded education. Not only can students learn to develop skills, but they can also use their art as a way to express themselves that can't always be done in other classes.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, watching movies, and drawing. Recently, I've gotten more into painting and enjoy working on murals and designing sets for theater productions.
